If we finish your primary task early, we’re happy to use the remaining time from your included first hour to tackle other small fixes around your home—like tightening hardware, adjusting doors, or replacing light bulbs. Just let us know!
⏱ What Happens After the First Hour?
After the initial service call (which includes the first hour of labor), any additional time is billed one of two ways:

Hourly Billing: If the work is open-ended or ongoing, time is billed in 15-minute increments at $95/hr.

Fixed Price Add-ons: For clearly defined tasks, we may quote a flat rate for the remaining work to keep things simple.

During a drywall patch job, we discover a second hole that also needs repair. We continue under the hourly rate, adding 30 minutes at $47.50.

While replacing a bathroom faucet, you ask us to install a towel bar. We quote an additional fixed rate of $65, confirmed before we begin.
